Guilty
From Epicmafia
Refers to a cop or tracker report that would seem to indicate someone is scum. For example: "Tracker report only on guilty" means the tracker should only post a report the person the tracker followed visited the player killed by the mafia the previous night.
A guilty does not necessarily mean that the person being reported is scum. For example, millers always show up guilty in sane cop reports, and certain roles appear guilty to a tracker if they visit the player the mafia kills.
