An IL means to lynch a player at random but not someone who's been helping. out of the uncleared players, hoping for a mafia lynch.
Wrong Example:
Day 1: After investigations, you suspect that player1 is sided with the village.
Day 2: player2: lets IL player1.
Right Example:
player1 lurks all day and gets lynched for lurking.
